IS ORDERING ONLINE SECURE?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

 HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

Simply follow the some easy steps to create your account on our site, you will receive an email of customer account confirmation after submitted the registration form. For any details please contact us at support@raffles.com.pk.

 WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?

Products ordering are on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired product, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product to us at support@raffles.com.pk (if applicable).

 We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

  1. In the event of damaged product received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at support@raffles.com.pk
  2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery, Please email us your order id to support@raffles.com.pk

Note: Please open and check the product in front of courier staff. Raffles will not take responsibility if the package is empty/ damaged afterwards.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All your orders are sent via Pakistan best courier services.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we accept Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfer, and Cash deposit in our bank accounts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Clients should expect to receive their orders same day in Lahore upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
Rest of cities may received in 2 or 3 working days.
